I Cry Poetry

Contributor: Quirby McNallain

I don't cry anymore
I write poems
instead

my phone is full
of crappy, half-finished lines

My phone is full of chunks
words
ideas
always left undone

but in each
an ember of pain

in each
a little piece of me

let go
forever
let go.
