Lay The Guilt On Thick Like Icing

Lay the guilt on thick like icing
and place me there underneath.
Wait for all my anger to decay
then throw down a dirty wreath.
Forget any sound, any scream
consider me now completely dead.
Under guilt as thick as icing
I deserve to lay down my head.
